Plot:
Batman told Batgirl she wasn't ready yet to get back into the fray after giving her some training tapes. He left town for a few days, so Batgirl went out anyway (sans the costume). Oracle confronted her about it and asked her not to go out until Batman said she was ready. While out, Batgirl found and tracked Lady Shiva.
